Iron Hill delivered Flex Center 33, a 120,000 sq. ft. warehouse and distribution facility, in 2018. The project was designed to meet the needs of growing manufacturing and light industrial firms, with careful attention to structural efficiency, warehouse layout, and site functionality.
For OraSure Technologies, Iron Hill executed a pharma-grade turnkey fit-out, including specialized office and warehouse spaces tailored to support the manufacturing and distribution of point-of-care diagnostic devices. The facility sits on 10 acres with excellent access to Route 33 and Interstate 78, enabling streamlined operations and logistics.
