Iron Hill completed a 108,000 sq. ft. office and warehouse facility in Cranbury, NJ, designed to support CRP Industries’ growing operations. The project included specialized construction to safely store combustible fluids, as well as adapting a fixed site plan intended for two tenants into a customized single-user facility. Delivered on an accelerated timeline, the building now supports 80 employees, 12,000 SKUs, and a production area for assembling and packaging automotive replacement parts. The new location enhances CRP’s distribution capabilities across its three core business segments while providing strategic access to major highways.
