Iron Hill Construction Management completed the tenant improvements for LBB Specialties’ new 102,000 sq. ft. distribution center in Bristol, PA. The team delivered a custom buildout designed for the specialty chemicals and ingredients distributor. Iron Hill worked closely with LBBS to integrate cold, cool, and hazardous material storage under one roof, ensuring the facility met stringent regulatory requirements while maintaining operational efficiency.
A major focus of the project was the hazmat infrastructure, including the installation of a cutting-edge foam fire suppression system in the hazardous material storage areas. Every element was constructed with precision to uphold the highest standards for safety and performance, resulting in a DEA-certified facility.
