Iron Hill completed the Development and Design/Build of TSW Alloy Wheels’ new distribution warehouse at 4650 Braden Boulevard East in Easton, Pennsylvania. The facility, situated on 9.6 acres, features 36′ clear height, 26 dock doors, 2 drive-in doors, motion sensor LED lighting, an ESFR fire sprinkler system, and 4,000-AMP electric service.
The site was carefully chosen to provide efficient access to the Northeast’s major metropolitan regions, allowing the company to meet market demand with 24–48 hour product delivery. The project highlights Iron Hill’s ability to execute turnkey industrial solutions that combine strategic location with high-performance warehouse infrastructure.
