Iron Hill delivered a 318,440 sq. ft. Class-A industrial flex warehouse on a 24-acre site in Wind Gap, PA, in partnership with Cabot Properties and J.G. Petrucci Company, Inc.
The warehouse features 36’ clear heights, 39 dock positions, two drive-in doors, 54 trailer stalls, and a durable precast concrete panel exterior. The building is also equipped with an ESFR sprinkler system, LED lighting, and a high-efficiency layout to support a variety of warehouse, distribution, and light manufacturing operations.
