Iron Hill delivered a 100,000 sq. ft. warehouse with a 60’ × 400’ connected canopy for Weyerhaeuser, a leading wood products distributor. The project included a 9,387 sq. ft. interior office, a 50’ × 200’ outdoor covered area, 24′ clear height with rail access and rail dock, a 36,000 sq. ft. rail unloading area, and 12 acres of paved outdoor storage.The facility was designed and built to support high-volume distribution operations, combining industrial functionality, efficient material handling, and strategic rail connectivity.
